Training Overview:
The Exopod is equipped with a versatile array of stations designed to build total-body strength using your own body weight as resistance. It features a Chest Press and Lat Pull Down to develop the upper body and back through an optimal range of motion, along with a Push-Up/Dip Station for targeted triceps, shoulder, and chest conditioning. Lower-body power is prioritized with a dedicated Leg Press to strengthen the quadriceps, calves, and glutes. To round out the functional training experience, the Sit-Up Bench provides a multi-purpose platform for core development, knee-ups, and essential back stretching, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive workout in a compact footprint.
