At ExoFit Outdoor Fitness, all equipment is custom-quoted and made to order based on each client’s project requirements.
Order Process
No payment is required until a formal estimate has been reviewed, signed, and approved by the customer. Once the estimate is approved, the order is considered confirmed and moves into production.
Payment Terms
Payment is required after the estimate has been approved. Production will not begin until payment has been received.
Production Timeline
Orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks after payment is received, depending on product type and project scope.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and delivery methods vary based on location and installation requirements. Customers will receive coordination details prior to shipment.
For projects that include installation, delivery and installation scheduling will be arranged directly with the customer.
