Muscle Focus: Arms and Shoulders

Training Overview:
Face the equipment and place your left hand on the left spinner and your right hand on the right spinner. Slowly rotate the spinners, either in the same or opposite directions, keeping your arms straight but not locked. Focus on using your shoulders to generate movement. This equipment is designed to be inclusive, allowing one side to be used by a wheelchair user and the other side by an able-bodied user.
Wheelchair accessible. 

Users: (2 Users) Intended for use by ages 13 and older.
